Swim Manager – Stay Connected

Thetford Dolphins uses Swim Manager to streamline:

• Gala entries

• Team selection

• Swim shop orders

• Member profile updates

All club members are encouraged to keep their details up to date via Swim Manager. The platform is accessible via desktop and also available as a mobile app for both Apple and Android devices.

Important for Parents!

It is vital that parents download and use the Swim Manager app. During competitions and galas, coaches and team managers rely on the app to send real-time notifications about:

• Warm-up times

• Lunch breaks

• Schedule changes

• Medical emergencies requiring parent attendance

Having the app ensures you're informed and able to respond quickly when needed. Your engagement helps us keep swimmers safe, supported, and well-prepared.
